Paws & Care has no login, so you do not need an account to ask for help. Write to INBEE and include the device you use.
What to include
A short note is enough. These details help us answer the first time:

Do I need an account?
No. Paws & Care does not ask you to sign in. Bookmarks, theme, and language stay on your device.
How do I change the language or theme?
Open the You tab. Language choices are English, Vietnamese, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Theme choices are cream and night.
How do I delete saved breeds?
Remove saved items in the app, or uninstall the app (or clear its storage) to delete local bookmarks and settings. There is no account to delete. For analytics or crash data we can control, email inbeevnmobile@gmail.com with the subject “Paws & Care privacy request”.
Why do I see ads?
The app is free and may show ads. They are labeled, rated for a general audience, and are not child-directed. Where the law requires it, the app asks before personalized ads. You can refuse. Refusing does not block the app. You can also reset your advertising ID in device settings.
Is a health score or dog-age result medical advice?
No. Scores and age results are for learning. They do not diagnose or treat an individual dog. Ask a veterinarian about your dog’s health.
A breed, photo, or fact looks wrong
Tell us the breed name and what looks wrong. Lifespan figures come from McMillan et al. 2024. Photos come from Dog CEO. Facts come from the Dog Facts dataset. Paws & Care is not affiliated with those sources.
The app crashed or a screen will not open
Email us with your device, the app version, and the screen you opened. Crash reports help us fix the next update. If Breed Fit asks you to try again, the ad before that screen was not ready. Home, Learn, Breeds, Compare, and You do not depend on it.

The full policy is on the Privacy Policy page. You can read it without an account. Privacy requests use the same email, with the subject “Paws & Care privacy request”.
